A: Customer service. We are not happy unless you are.
Our main goal is to make sure you feel you were treated fairly.
Q: How can you charge so little and still offer great service?
A: Volume. We are willing to work on more computers than the
competition in order to earn the same money. Furthermore, many
jobs involve waiting - Waiting for Windows to restart, waiting for
software to install, waiting for a virus scanner to run.
Waiting is not worth $60, $80 or $100 per hour!
Q: How big is your service area?
A: We service the entire valley of the sun. A small charge
is added for jobs which are more than 10 miles away
from us. We are located in Tempe in the east valley.
